Hi BHRA Peeps!  My name is Wilbur and I am a cute little young man!  I came to BHRA when my owners could no longer keep me.  I am a real lover of people and like to be with them as much as possible.  I am working on my house breaking with my foster mom, I need her help still...but I'll get it!  I like to play and I have no food aggression.  I don't mind sticking my snout in another dog's bowl...it does not bother me...but the other dog is not always so accommodating!  I get along fine with cats...but I will slobber on them given half a chance.  I like to garbage cruise when I get a chance...hey man...I am a basset...I can't help it!  I love toys and my foster people have learned it is a good idea to keep a lot around for me to chew on so I don't chew on things I should not chew on.  If you are interested in me, won't you please contact my foster people?
