Hi People!  My name is Ollie!  I am two years old and weigh in at 49 pounds.  I was a stray from the Smith Lake area.  A nice lady took me in and tried desperately to find me a good home, but when she was not successful she called BHRA and here I am!  I am a big ole squishy boy and I am very mild tempered.  I love a good snooze on the couch and I am just as content as I can be in my spot!  I also love to run around with the other boys and play with my toys!  I have no food aggression at all.  I don't mind the kids or chase the cats...but I have been known to bark at them on occasion and I will put them in line if they get out of hand.  You know we bassets like to rule the house!  You should just see all the drool, bedding, kongs and other fun stuff we have here!  It is just great!  I know how to use the doggy door and I go in and out all day long.  I just love the fresh air and playing with all of my buddies!  I try really hard to potty outside, but I still have an occasional accident in the house...but I am learning!  My foster mom thinks it might be because of the icky weather or sometimes I don't realize what I am doing because I am still half asleep!  My foster mom likes to comb me with this thing called a Furminator...I don't know what that means, but I sure do like it when scratches me with that thing!  I'll roll all around so she can get every square in of me with that thing!  Well that is all I can think of right now...but you can contact my foster people for more information on me! NOW...is it to the couch or outside?
