Wouldn't you like to give me a nice home to live in?  My name is Lucy, and I'm just a little bitty thing that you can carry around practically in your pocket!  I only weigh 29 pounds right now, but I'm still a baby (I think I'm around seven months or so).  I recently had pups myself, then I was dumped out in the country in a real scary place with almost nobody around and wandered for a while with no food--I was so frightened!  But these wonderful people rescued me and brought me home to safe place, until I can find a home and family to call my own.  I will be very devoted to you if you give me love--I love everyone and I really LOVE kids!!!! The little girl at the house I'm staying at is even teaching me to sit up and beg for a treat!  I am very playful and funny, will chase a tennis ball and love to run and romp.  But I also LOVE to get belly rubs and some nice quiet time too.  My fur is bunny soft, my ears velvet and I like my feet tickled--I even like a bath.  I am really a good girl, I'm not aggressive around my food, take my treat nice, and get along great with other dogs.  Heck, one or two of those to play with would be OK too.  I haven't learned housebreaking yet because I haven't been in a house long enough to learn yet but I'm a smart little pup so I promise to try real hard to please you!  Just give little ole' me a chance.  If you would like to find out more about sweet little me, give a call to my rescuer/fosters:
