Hollee had been adopted and was
being returned to Rescue. Before she could get back to BHRA she was
attacked by an animal and went through a very long recovery process. She came home with Robbie and Everett still
needing a lot of care and that is just what she received! They nursed her
back to health and she became a happy healthy girl again. HUGE
medical bills piled up and thanks to a basset forum group that Robby is a
member of, her vet bills were paid. Everett and Robbie adopted her and kept her as
their own. She was deaf due to one of the medicines she was on but Robbie
used hand signals to get her to
respond. She became
a most special girl in Robbie and Everett's basset pack. They were very thankful
to have her...and she was lucky to have them! Unfortunately, Hollee
lost her life in a household accident. She will be greatly
missed...especially for those early morning kisses she was famous for handing
out.

Hollee was famous for sleeping upside down, too.

Robbie's basset forum group, the same ones that paid
her vet bills, sent a beautiful card and memorial to Hollee.
